  The Editor, Indian Express, Dear Sir,  I am writing in response to the  published article on 25th August 2023 discussing the placement of anti-tobacco messages on Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms.  While the article raised some important points, I believe there are aspects that warrant further consideration. Undoubtedly, tobacco's highly addictive nature demands stringent regulation, as highlighted by the The WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC).  The author's perspective, suggesting tobacco as an ordinary commodity, could inadvertently seem aligned with the interests of the OTT and tobacco industries. However, we must acknowledge that the costs borne by consumers in terms of disease, premature death, environmental degradation, and soil erosion are far from ordinary. New Delhi, 23 August 2023 – Nada India Foundation proudly announces that Miss Reeta Devi, a dedicated young health advocate and active member of Nada Young India Network (NYIN), has been selected to represent India at the prestigious Tobacco-Free Kids’ Regional Asia Young Ambassadors Summit in Bangkok. Reet Devi, hailing from the serene village of Pathrevi in Karsog Tehsil, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, is set to embark on an empowering journey as she represents India at the Young Asia Ambassadors summit. She joins the ranks of the first cohort of young ambassadors from Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, and Vietnam who will converge at the summit, scheduled to take place from August 28 to September 1 in Bangkok, Thailand.
