Youth Incharge – Students’ Forum | 13th Indian Social Work Conference 2025 Centurion University, Bhubaneswar It was an inspiring interaction with young social work students during the Youth Incharge: Harnessing Technology for Empowerment & Change session at the 13th Indian Social Work Conference. The session was joined by fellow NAPSWI Executive Members — Prof.Anish (Kerala), Prof.Keshav, Prof. Suresh Pathare (Maharashtra), Prof. Anup (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh), and Dr. Nalini (Puducherry). Students were briefed about NAPSWI’s mission and actively engaged with questions about social work placements, scope, and professional growth. I concluded the session with a thought that defines our spirit — “Who is Incharge? Youth Incharge!” Once the You(th) is In and Charged, they are ready to take charge of the social work profession.
