Empowering Young Voices: A Life Coach’s Reflections on an Inspiring CAT Session on OTT and Tobacco Depiction

As a Life Coach and advocate for youth well-being, it was a privilege to join an energizing and insightful session organized by the brilliant CATs (Community Action Teams) of the Nada Young India Network for Good health   While the topic at hand— the depiction of tobacco use on OTT platforms —was serious and deeply relevant, the energy, passion, and preparation of each young speaker turned the session into a celebration of awareness, advocacy, and action. A special shout-out to Hiral , our Good Health Champion , who began her journey with Nada India back in Class 9. Today, she continues to lead from the front, coordinating healthy campus efforts in Faridabad with dedication and heart. Watching her evolution is both inspiring and affirming of the long-term impact youth-led initiatives can have when nurtured with care. The journey toward a Tobacco-free Youth is undoubtedly a challenging one, but the collective efforts of organizations like Nada India and government departments like the Excise and Taxation Departments of Haryana and Punjab set an inspiring precedent. It's truly inspiring to witness the collaborative efforts of the Nada India Foundation and the Excise and Taxation Departments of Haryana and Punjab as they join forces to address a critical public health concern. The decision to implement higher taxes on tobacco products not only holds the potential to significantly reduce tobacco usage but also presents an avenue for generating essential funding for health promotion initiatives. C20 के तहत गांव पालूवास में चौपाल का आयोजन किया गया

  आज गांव पालुवास में C20 के तहत नाडा इंडिया फाउंडेशन व प्रोत्साहन सोशल वेलफेयर सोसाइटी के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में C20 चौपाल का आयोजन किया गया। ज्ञात हो कि  C20 भारत का एक आउटरीच प्रोग्राम है, जो हजारों सीएसओ को वर्किंग ग्रुप थीम पर चर्चा करने के लिए है। सिविल 20 (C20) G20 के लिए गैर-सरकारी और गैर-व्यावसायिक आवाजें सामने लाने के लिए नागरिक-समाज संगठनों (CSO) के लिए 20 का समूह (G20) का मंच है। नाडा इंडिया फाउंडेशन के चेयरपर्सन सुनील वात्स्यान व नाडा इंडिया फाउंडेशन के हरियाणा राज्य की समन्वयक के मार्गदर्शन में चौपाल का आयोजन किया गया। सुनील वात्स्यान ने नाडा इंडिया का परिचय कराते हुवे बताया कि नाडा इंडिया फाउंडेशन तंबाकू रहित भारत के लिए समूचे देश में कार्य करता है। प्रोत्साहन सोशल वेलफेयर सोसाइटी के सह सचिव सन्नी धानिया ने  बताया कि प्रोत्साहन एनजीओ भिवानी में महिला सशक्तिकरण व बच्चों के विकास के साथ साथ सामाजिक मुद्दों पर धरातलीय स्तर पर कार्य करता है। #C20 #G20 सिविल 20 चौपाल का प्रतिनिधित्व नाडा इंडिया फाउंडेशन व प्रोत्साहन सोशल वेलफेयर सोसाइटी से संयुक्त प्रतिनिधित्व सुम...
