The session was joined by fellow NAPSWI Executive Members — Prof.Anish (Kerala), Prof.Keshav, Prof. Suresh Pathare (Maharashtra), Prof. Anup (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh), and Dr. Nalini (Puducherry). Students were briefed about NAPSWI’s mission and actively engaged with questions about social work placements, scope, and professional growth.
“Who is Incharge? Youth Incharge!”
Once the You(th) is In and Charged, they are ready to take charge of the social work profession.
I also shared my journey — how I fell in love with social work, and why student life is the perfect time to take risks, experiment, and learn before stepping into the larger social workforce.
Let’s continue to keep the You(th) in charge of change!
