Position
The Community Mobiliser facilitates and conducts training and mobilization of community on field on health and child rights issues in Delhi

Responsibilities: 
Facilitate and conduct training and mobilisation of community on health and well being.
Collect feedback from community and revert back with appropriate solution/information
Address issues raised by the community regarding organizational work and update them on project implementation plans
Assist Technical team with mobilisation to ensure smooth flow of work
Identify and liaise with community leaders and beneficiaries.
Facilitate and conduct surveys and collect data as and when required
Organize community meetings, FGDs and other activities
Facilitate meetings with local community and other stakeholders
Documentation of activities, events and community engagement
Individual weekly workplan and daily reporting
Preparation of daily and weekly reports based on organisational policy and practice
Escalate issues with program manager based on the status of different activities
Candidate must have
Any graduate
1-2 years of overall work experience. Similar work experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to produce quality reports under significant time pressure
Ability to work independently and with the community volunteers
Attention to details and ability to priorities tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel
Desirable Qualifications / Skills
Prior experience in development/NGO sector
Proficient in use of MS office
Communication skills in Hindi and English
Location
Delhi NCR

Travel
Willing to travel locally 25% of the time. .

India News By IANS, New Delhi: A new report by a group of NGOs Tuesday highlighted the ill-effects of advertising and marketing of alcohol on young people, and proposed a comprehensive ban on all kinds of marketing strategies that seek to portray drinking as normal.
