Dad lets friend rape daughter for free alcohol

GOA: In a shocking incident in the Indian tourist destination Goa, a teenager was repeatedly raped by her dad.
To make matters worse, the father also allowed his friend to abuse his daughter in return for free supply alcohol according to his need, reportsThe Times of India.
The mother of the 14-year-old girl filed a police complaint, accusing the father of the ghastly deed. Medical tests proved that the girl was raped.
The father has been charged for incest and the friend too has been booked for sexual abuse of a minor girl.

India News By IANS, New Delhi: A new report by a group of NGOs Tuesday highlighted the ill-effects of advertising and marketing of alcohol on young people, and proposed a comprehensive ban on all kinds of marketing strategies that seek to portray drinking as normal. "To reduce alcohol consumption, it is very important that the governments enforce a comprehensive ban on all kinds of advertising of alcohol brands and products. "A separate government agency should be formed to monitor this ban," said the report titled "Alcohol Marketing and Regulatory Policy Environment in India" released here.
