As a Life Coach and advocate for youth well-being, it was a privilege to join an energizing and insightful session organized by the brilliant CATs (Community Action Teams) of the Nada Young India Network for Good health   While the topic at hand— the depiction of tobacco use on OTT platforms —was serious and deeply relevant, the energy, passion, and preparation of each young speaker turned the session into a celebration of awareness, advocacy, and action. A special shout-out to Hiral , our Good Health Champion , who began her journey with Nada India back in Class 9. Today, she continues to lead from the front, coordinating healthy campus efforts in Faridabad with dedication and heart. Watching her evolution is both inspiring and affirming of the long-term impact youth-led initiatives can have when nurtured with care.
